NeuroPuzzle


The Cranialetics coaching concept effectively combines physiotherapy with neuro-centred training: Sarah Gernand (NeuroPuzzle Leipzig) and Linus Lettow (NeuroPuzzle Cologne) met in 2022 while training to become neuroathletic trainers with Lars Lienhard. Together, they combined their years of neurological and orthopaedic experience with patients with specially acquired knowledge from neuroathletics and other neuro-centred training courses (including Z-Health, Brainbased Movement, VRT) and developed their own training and therapy concept that can connect the network systems of the brain stem with cranial nerve centres. While Linus concentrates particularly on improving the performance of top athletes, Sarah’s focus is mainly on therapeutic work with patients. The guiding principle of the two is: when the subconscious becomes more conscious, many problems often resolve themselves.

Kraftletics

Kraftletics is a training concept that combines neuroathletics, functional training and social psychology. Here, movement is understood as an interaction between the body and the nervous system – demanding, controlled and meaningful. The trainers use scientifically based communication and motivation methods to create a culture of cooperation rather than competition.

The goal is not peak performance at any cost, but longevity – in life as well as in sport. Kraftletics creates a space where people like your friends, your partner or yourself can find a workout that challenges, strengthens and does you good. In a fitness world between HIIT and yoga, it fills a gap that no one has filled before.
