Lars is the founder, CEO, and Athletic Director of NAT – Neuro Athletic Training GmbH, which includes the affiliated Neuro Athletic Institute.

As the namesake of Neuroathletics, Lars embodies everything our company stands for. He is a sports scientist and former elite athlete. Lars works as a coach and trainer in professional sports, for corporations, and with special forces. Thanks to his work and media presence, neuro-centered training has made its way into all forms of athletic training and healthcare.

Ulla is the founder and partner of NAT – Neuro Athletic Training GmbH. Together with Lars, she is the face of Neuro Athletic Training.

As the author of the first book on neuro-centered training worldwide, she has helped shape the history and understanding of Neuroathletics. In addition to her passion for dance, stage, and performing arts, she is dedicated to topics related to neuro-centered health optimization.

Julian is a former competitive badminton athlete and remains active in martial arts. Born and based in Minden, he successfully runs a private physiotherapy practice as well as a training company specializing in neuro-centered training. For years, neuro-athletics has formed the foundation of his therapeutic work.

He shares this expertise through lectures, in-house training sessions, and workshops—working with companies both large and small, clinics, private practices, health insurance providers, various coach education programs, and sports clubs.

Sebastian Rieder has an endless fascination with the human brain and its ability to control movement. His studies in biomathematics and physics provide a strong foundation for his deep understanding of human physiology and functional anatomy.

Sebastian holds the highest current level of education in neuro-centered training. In addition to his theoretical knowledge, he has always been active in sports: alongside tennis, soccer, and many other disciplines, he taught WingTsun for many years and is the founder of Austria’s first CrossFit box – CrossFit Vienna.

In his work in Vienna, as well as with athletes and coaches around the world, he is always focused on finding the best and most efficient ways to improve movement, increase performance, and eliminate pain.

Tina is one of the best-trained coaches in Europe in the field of neuro-centered training and has specialized in applying NAT to team sports and group training. Born and raised in Canada, she went on to study business administration in Paris. Tina now lives and works in Cologne and is the owner of Black Box Athletics. With her expertise, she supports us as a trainer in our seminars and education programs.

His time as a competitive judo athlete and coach sparked a deep passion for athletic training. Always in search of the most effective approach to truly improve athletes, he eventually discovered neuro-athletics: “It was as if a whole new world opened up!”

Alexander has been working in management consulting since completing his business studies, while continuing his coaching career in parallel. He has successfully integrated consulting methods and insights into his work with clubs and sports associations.

Today, he applies neuro-athletic training with high-performance athletes across a wide range of sports: strength training, football, winter sports—and, of course, judo. He also uses neuro-athletics in youth development.

His search continues—not just for new insights and applications in neuro-centered training, but for the most effective neuro-athletic approach for each of his athletes.
